Our Platform serves as an informational and brand presence website. Purchases may be completed through our Platform or through authorised third-party marketplace partners including Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

Payment on Marketplace Platforms When you purchase Amā (अमा) products through Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or any other third-party marketplace, the payment terms, processing, and security are governed entirely by those platforms. Amā (अमा) is not a party to those payment transactions and bears no liability for payment disputes arising on third-party platforms.

Order Confirmation An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

All content on the Platform - including but not limited to text, photographs, product images, pack shot designs, brand identity, logos, graphics, videos, origin stories, and the overall look and feel - is the property of Ama Foods & Spices India Pvt.
